Follow current CMH roadway signage to E 17th Avenue and allow time to locate a space, unload and reach a shuttle stop. Photograph your row or section before leaving the car.
Plan around the shuttle loop
The lot shuttle operates around the clock. The published 15–18 minute departure interval is a planning guide rather than a guaranteed individual wait, so build extra time into the start of the journey.
Using the first-hour grace period
CMH currently allows the first hour free in the Green Lot. The airport also promotes it as an overflow waiting option when cell-phone waiting areas are busy. Leave within the grace period to avoid a parking charge.
Returning to your vehicle
After collecting baggage, follow the airport signs for parking shuttles and confirm that you board the Green Lot bus. Keep the lot, row and section recorded on your phone or confirmation.
